This Data Deletion Policy explains how users, clients, and end customers can request deletion of personal data associated with NeuraFlow services and products, including NeuraFlow Zap where applicable.

How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us at:

In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Your business name, if applicable
- The email address used with NeuraFlow services
- Your phone number, if relevant
- The WhatsApp Business Account or phone number connected to NeuraFlow Zap or related NeuraFlow services, if applicable
- A short description of the data you want deleted
Verification
Before deleting data, we may need to verify your identity or authority.
This is done to protect users and businesses from unauthorized deletion requests.
For business accounts, we may ask you to confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your relationship with NeuraFlow, we may delete or anonymize:
- Account profile information
- Contact details
- Business onboarding information
- WhatsApp Business Account connection records
- Connected phone number records
- Uploaded contact records
- Campaign records
- Message logs
- Chatbot and automation logs
- Support messages
- Consent and opt-out records, where deletion is legally and operationally permitted
- Website inquiry data
- Analytics identifiers, where applicable
Data We May Need to Retain
We may retain certain information where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Tax, accounting, or invoicing records
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of our Terms of Service
- Compliance with Meta, WhatsApp, or other platform obligations
- Backup and disaster recovery processes
- Proof of opt-out or suppression records, where needed to prevent future unwanted messages
Where possible, retained data will be minimized, restricted, or anonymized.
Client Customer Data
If you are an end customer who communicated with a business using NeuraFlow services, including NeuraFlow Zap where applicable, the business you contacted may be the primary controller of your data.
You may request deletion by contacting that business directly.
You may also contact us at admin@neuraflow.co.in. If we can identify the relevant client, we will either assist with the request or forward it to the appropriate business, where legally and contractually permitted.
Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp Access
If you connected NeuraFlow Zap or another NeuraFlow integration to Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp Business Platform, you may also remove app access from your Meta or Facebook business settings where applicable.
Removing access may stop future data sharing between Meta/WhatsApp and NeuraFlow, but it may not automatically delete data already processed by us. To delete existing data, please also send a deletion request to admin@neuraflow.co.in.
Processing Timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving and verifying the request.
Deletion timing may depend on:
- The type of data
- The volume of records
- Legal or contractual retention requirements
- Backup cycles
- Whether the request relates to client-controlled customer data
- Whether identity or authority verification is complete
Backups
Deleted data may remain in encrypted or restricted backups for a limited period until those backups are overwritten or securely removed according to our backup practices.
During this period, backup data is not used for active business purposes unless restoration is required for security, legal, or disaster recovery reasons.
Opt-Out Requests
If you want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages from a business using NeuraFlow services, including NeuraFlow Zap where applicable, you may:
- Reply “STOP” to the WhatsApp conversation, where supported
- Follow the opt-out instruction in the message
- Contact the business directly
- Block the business on WhatsApp
- Contact us at admin@neuraflow.co.in for assistance
